Saint Ambrosius, the Patron Saint of Beekeepers

Very unusual mold, here cast using beeswax that I've blackened with dye and then the casting is dusted with cinnamon for a primitive, rustic look and wonderful scent.  This is a large piece,  8 1/4" by 5.5" and 1/4" thick it weighs about a pound unpacked.   Back is papered in Antique paper with German writing, comes with a twine hanger and care tag.  Fabulous gift for a beekeeper.
